Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are estimated, not guaranteed, and begin after processing is complete.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Expedited shipping options (if available at checkout) shorten
transit time only, not processing time.

Beauty & Tote is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Customs delays (if applicable)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Beauty & Tote is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as missing

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Beauty & Tote is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

We recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance when available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Your order number
    • Original packaging

Claims submitted outside this window may not be honored.

Approved claims may result in a replacement at our discretion.
No refunds are issued for hair products.

Final Sale Notice (Hair Products)

Due to hygiene and quality control standards:

  • All hair sales are final
  • No refunds or returns once shipped
  • No exchanges on worn, altered, or installed hair

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders ship only to the address provided at checkout
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless explicitly stated
  • International shipping (if offered) may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Chargebacks filed for valid, fulfilled orders may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Permanent loss of purchasing privileges
  • Dispute documentation submitted to payment processors
