Refund policy

Final Sale Policy (Hair Products)

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards:

  • All hair products are FINAL SALE
  • No refunds or returns once shipped
  • No exchanges on worn, altered, customized, colored, or installed hair
  • Once hair has been removed from its original packaging, it is considered used and ineligible for return

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Hair extensions, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, tape-ins, or any hair products
  • Membership subscriptions
  • Service packages and deposits
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Monthly membership gifts (missed pickups expire)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Approved claims may result in:

  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds are not issued for hair products.

Membership Subscriptions

  • Memberships are billed at $49.99 per month
  • Memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled
  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing date
  • Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months or unused benefits

Service Bookings & Packages

  • All service deposits and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Missed appointments, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in forfeited services
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund
  • No refunds for completed or partially completed services

Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks filed for valid, fulfilled orders may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Loss of membership or purchasing privileges
  • Dispute evidence submitted to payment processors

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in permanent account termination.

Refusal of Service

Beauty & Tote reserves the right to refuse service or future purchases to any customer who violates our policies.
